1. Refund Policy

Should you encounter any issues with your product, kindly submit a complaint via email. Your request must be lodged within 15 days from the delivery date and include the order number and the email address used for the purchase. Please attach images/videos showcasing the defective product or significant deviations from its advertised description on our website. Following our assessment, we will either replace the product as requested or issue a refund without requiring a return of the defective item.

Refunds are applicable only if the product itself is defective or significantly differs from its advertised description on our website.

If you opt for a refund instead of a replacement product, we will initiate the refund process. The refunded amount will be automatically transferred to your credit card or original payment method within 3 days.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. Processing times may vary before a refund is processed.

2. Cancellation/Refund Policy

You have the option to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. Unfortunately, after this period, we are unable to accommodate cancellations as we prioritize timely processing and delivery. Therefore, your order will proceed as scheduled beyond this timeframe.
