Refunds Policy

Validity period

Our refunds policy is valid for 90 days. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot accept your return or offer you a refund. Therefore, we sincerely hope that you have carefully read our policies on the website and fully understood them before making a purchase!

Process

i. First, please send us an email informing us about the condition of the package and your product, the reason you wish to return it, and attach videos/photos of the package you received. We will reply to your email and guide you step by step on how to return the item to us.

  • Please note that we are not responsible for any returns made without prior email notification to us!
  • We only accept returns for items that are unused and have no signs of having been opened from the original packaging.
  • We do not accept returns for items that are on sale, promotional items, free gifts, or other special promotional programs.

ii. After receiving instructions: Please send the item you wish to return to the following address: Room 1107, Treasure Center, No. 42 Hung To Road, Kowloon, Kowloon City District, Hong Kong, 999077. (*Customers will be responsible for the return shipping fee.)

iii. Next, please send another email to notify us, and attach videos/photos that include the return label we provided, with the email subject line as follows: "Return Order #XXXX as instructed." Here, XXXX is your order number, for example: "Return Order #2999 as instructed."

iv. After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 days.

Late or missing refunds

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@totocy.com.
