Our return policy allows for a refund or replacement if the product is defective or significantly differs from its description. Requests must be made within 15 days of delivery, with supporting evidence like photos or videos. Refunds are processed within 3 days, but shipping fees are non-refundable. If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please email us and we will change it to the correct address if it has been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders!

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. Unfortunately, after this period, we are unable to accept cancellations as we prioritize timely processing and delivery. Therefore, your order will proceed as scheduled beyond this timeframe.
